See I told you it's affordable! Now one more thing, we do have cancellation policies to protect our Guesthouse but this is only if you booked ahead and we kept the room open for you for awhile.


Less than 7 days - forfeit the full deposit 
From 7 - 14 days - forfeit 75% of deposit
From 14-21 days - forfeit 50% of deposit
From 21-28 days – forfeit 25% of deposit
 
10% of the total quote price (vat excl) will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
In the event of premature departure or late arrival we may charge for the full original booking.
